WHAT DO I WEAR?
This event is held in Blind Boone Park, so you will be walking on pavement at times and uneven grass or dirt at other times. So basically don't wear heels, and don't wear shoes you don't want to get dirty. Wear comfortable clothing you also don't mind getting dirty. We are not responsible for ruined clothing.

WHAT AGE SHOULD YOU BE FOR THIS EVENT?
This event is not recommended for children 12 and under. Any children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Any children left unattended will be fed lots of candy before sending them home with you. We are volunteers, not babysitters.
WARNING! Actors intend to scare you and may not be able to see if there are small children in your group, so if you do not want your child to be scared from our actors, please do not bring them. We will not be held responsible and we will not listen to your complaints. This event is brought to you by volunteers in the community, so please be respectful at all times.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF OPERATION?
The event will begin at 7:30 p.m. and the last ticket will be sold at 10 p.m. Anyone standing in line with a ticket waiting to go through at
10 p.m. will not be turned away. Anyone who pre-purchased a ticket and are not standing in line by 10 p.m., will not be allowed in the event.

DO YOU HAVE RESTROOMS AVAILABLE?
Yes! There are public restrooms in Blind Boone Park.

HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?
Early Bird pricing for tickets is $5, the price will go up on October 14 to $7.

DO YOU ALLOW CREDIT CARDS?
Credit card purchases are allowed online only. CASH ONLY will be accepted at the event, and please bring exact change.
CAN I BUY TICKETS IN ADVANCE?
Yes! In fact we encourage it! Go to our ticketing page and click on "BUY TICKETS NOW."
ARE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED?
No! This is a non-alcoholic event.
Fright Nights reserves the right to refuse entrance into the event for anyone who may be a danger to themselves or anyone else attending the event, including our actors. Refunds will not be accepted to those who are denied access. This event is brought to you by volunteers within the community, so please be respectful at all times and your patience is much appreciated. We are not babysitters.

CAN I TOUCH ACTORS OR PROPS?
Contact with actors or props is prohibited. You will be asked to leave without a refund if you touch actors or props.
ARE ACTORS ALLOWED TO TOUCH YOU?
ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK! You may be touched and it’s possible you may brush up against their costumes, props, or some of the sets and decor. You may also be grabbed by a member of your own group or even a complete stranger who is too terrified to continue without your help.

WHAT CAN I NOT BRING INSIDE?

NO PETS, NO WEAPONS, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, NO LASER POINTERS OR FLASHLIGHTS, NO FOOD OR BEVERAGES! This includes but is not limited to: mace, firearms, knives, and martial arts weapons. We are not responsible for lost cell phones or other personal items.

ARE THERE ANY WARNINGS?
All patrons assume ALL RISK and DANGER incidental to FRIGHT NIGHTS, BEFORE, DURING or AFTER the attraction. NOT RECOMMENDED for pregnant women; people with high blood pressure, back, neck, health, hearing or heart ailments: or phobias. NO PACEMAKERS! NO CHILDREN UNDER 12 ADMITTED WITHOUT A GUARDIAN. The ground is uneven; you WILL have limited visibility at times, and there will be loud noises. WATCH YOUR STEP!! YOU WILL BE PHOTOGRAPHED AND COULD BE BROADCAST ON OUR WEBSITE WITH NO COMPENSATION. By entering FRIGHT NIGHTS haunted attraction, you waive any injury or talent claims whatsoever and accept these terms and conditions. Specifically you claim no copyright interest in your image if used as part of any websites, or any promotional materials for FRIGHT NIGHTS or others. You hereby RELEASE ALL BROADCAST & TALENT RIGHTS. CAN WE WEAR HALLOWEEN COSTUMES?
No. For safety reasons, guests are not permitted to wear costumes or masks. If you are wearing facial makeup you will be asked to wipe it off.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds are not accepted for any reason. If you are too scared to continue, our volunteers will be happy to assist you. This event will happen rain or shine.
